Privacy
The short version: no analytics, no trackers, no cookie banner. Beyond the technical data needed to serve the site, the only personal data it handles is what you type into the contact form.
Who is responsible
Marco De Stefani, Italy, is the data controller. You can reach me through the contact form or on LinkedIn.
The contact form
If you write to me, I receive your name, email and message, plus the language of the page. I use them only to reply and follow up on what you asked, at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). I don’t sell or share them, and I don’t add you to any list.
Where messages go
Messages reach me through Telegram, a third-party service that may process them outside the EU under its own privacy policy. I keep them only as long as I need them to handle your request, and I delete them if you ask.
Technical data
The site runs on servers I manage, behind Cloudflare, which processes traffic data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site, and may do so outside the EU. To limit abuse, the address you send the form from is held in memory for about an hour and the site never saves it. The infrastructure may keep short technical logs for security (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies
No tracking cookies. If you switch language, one technical cookie remembers your choice for a year, and Cloudflare may set a technical security cookie. Fonts and assets are served by this site.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, through the contact form. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
